Order Terms

For any cancellation of order or change of pick up time, please allow a minimum of 24 hours before actual pick up time. Otherwise full charges will be imposed.

Any changes on items or increase/decrease in quantity have to call the main line to inform of the changes etc.

All orders must be confirmed by phone or email

The Pines staff will contact you to re-confirm your order and self pick up/delivery details before preparing your meals.
